Ushbu maqolada karyer sharoitida ishlatiladigan avtosamosvallarning konstruktiv xususiyatlari va ularning ekspluatatsion parametrlarini optimallashtirish masalalari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Avtosamosval harakati davomida yo‘l notekisligi va yuk markazining siljishi natijasida hosil bo‘ladigan tebranish jarayonlari matematik modellashtirilgan. Lagranj tenglamalari asosida tebranishlarning chastotasi, amplitudasi va fazasi aniqlanib, oldi va orqa g‘ildiraklar orasidagi yuk taqsimotiga ta’siri tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari avtosamosval ramasi va asosiy elementlarida yuzaga keladigan mexanik zo‘riqishlarni baholashga, ularning mustahkamlik chegarasini aniqlashga hamda notekis yo‘llarda harakatlanish samaradorligini oshirishga imkon beradi. Natijalar ekspluatatsiya jarayonida qo‘shimcha yoqilg‘i sarfini kamaytirish va agregatlarning xizmat muddatini uzaytirishga xizmat qiladi.

В статье рассмотрены конструктивные особенности карьерных автосамосвалов и вопросы оптимизации их эксплуатационных параметров. Проведено математическое моделирование процессов вибрации, возникающих при движении автосамосвала по неровной дороге и смещении центра тяжести груза. На основе уравнений Лагранжа определены частота, амплитуда и фаза колебаний, а также проанализировано влияние распределения нагрузки между передними и задними колесами. Результаты исследования позволяют оценить механические напряжения, возникающие в раме и основных элементах автосамосвала, определить их предел прочности и повысить устойчивость движения по неровным дорогам. Полученные данные способствуют снижению дополнительного расхода топлива и увеличению срока службы агрегатов.

This article examines the design features of mining dump trucks and the issues of optimizing their operational parameters. Mathematical modeling of vibration processes arising during dump truck movement over uneven roads and due to the shift of the cargo center of gravity has been carried out. Based on Lagrange equations, the vibration frequency, amplitude, and phase were determined, and the effect of load distribution between the front and rear wheels was analyzed. The research results make it possible to assess the mechanical stresses in the dump truck frame and main components, determine their strength limits, and improve stability when operating on uneven roads. The findings contribute to reducing additional fuel consumption and extending the service life of the units.
