Shuningdek karyer avtosamosvallar uchun yoqilg‘i iste’molining me’yorlarini aniqlashning turli usullari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot natijasida avtosamosvallarning ishlashi to‘g‘risida Navoiy kon metallurgiya kombinati Markaziy kon boshqarmasining boʻlinmasi Avtomobil transporti boshqarmasidan ma’lumotlar to‘plandi hamda dizel yoqilg‘isi sarfiga ta’sir qiluvchi omillar tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot o‘tkazish natijasida avtosamosvallarning ekspluatatsion ko‘rsatkichlari baholandi shuningdek tog‘ jinsini tashish davomida yoqilg‘i sarfiga ta’sir etuvchi ko‘rsatkichlar aniqlandi. Bundan tashqari yoqilg‘i sarfini hisoblashning bir qancha usullari taklif qilingan hamda bu ko‘rsatkichga ta’sir qiluvchi qo‘shimcha parametrlar aniqlandi. Izlanishlar natijasida avtosamosvallarni ishlatish vaqtida yoqilg‘i sarfini kamaytirish orqali samaradorlikni oshirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqildi.

Целью данной статьи является анализ проблем, влияющих на увеличение расхода топлива карьерных самосвалов, а также на эффективность работы самосвалов БелАЗ. Также были проанализированы различные методы определения норм расхода топлива для карьерных автосамосвалов. В результате исследования были собраны данные о работе автосамосвалов от управления автомобильного транспорта подразделения Центрального горного управления Навоийского горно-металлургического комбината, а также проанализированы факторы, влияющие на расход дизельного топлива. В результате исследований дана оценка эксплуатационных показателей автосамосвалов, а также выявлены показатели, влияющие на расход топлива при транспортировке горной массы. Кроме того, предложено несколько методов расчета расхода топлива и определены дополнительные параметры, влияющие на этот показатель. В результате исследований были разработаны рекомендации по повышению эффективности за счет снижения расхода топлива при эксплуатации автосамосвалов.
The purpose of this article is to analyse the problems affecting the increase in fuel consumption of mine dump trucks, as well as the efficiency of BelAZ dump trucks. Various methods of determining fuel consumption rates for dump trucks have also been analysed. As a result of the study, data on the operation of dump trucks from the road transport department of the Central Mining Department of Navoi Mining Division of Navoi Mining and Metallurgical Combine were collected, and the factors affecting the consumption of diesel fuel were analysed. As a result of researches the estimation of operational indicators of dump trucks is given, and also the indicators influencing fuel consumption during transportation of rock mass are revealed. In addition, several methods of calculation of fuel consumption are proposed and additional parameters affecting this indicator are determined. As a result of the research, recommendations were developed to improve efficiency by reducing fuel consumption during the operation of dump trucks.
