Ushbu maqola O‘zbekistonda don mahsulotlari korxonalarining raqobatbardoshligini oshirish mexanizmlariga bag‘ishlangan adabiyotlarni sistematik tahlil qiladi. Tadqiqotda Porter raqobat nazariyasi, oziq-ovqat sanoatida raqobatbardoshlik omillari va O‘zbekiston sharoitida soha rivojlanishining asosiy yo‘nalishlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Asosiy e’tibor texnologik modernizatsiya, institutsional islohotlar, moliyaviy qo‘llab-quvvatlash va kadrlar tayyorlash tizimini takomillashtirishga qaratilgan. Maqolada xalqaro tajriba asosida don mahsulotlari ishlab chiqarish korxonalarining raqobat ustunligini ta’minlash strategiyalari, klaster yondashuvi va eksport salohiyatini oshirish mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Muallif zamonaviy texnologiyalar va innovatsion yechimlar yordamida korxonalarning bozor ulushini kengaytirish, xarajatlarni kamaytirish va mahsulot sifatini oshirish strategiyalarini taklif etadi.
