В данной статье рассматриваются о защита прав интеллектуальной собственности в рамках Всемирной торговой организации методы используемые-членами ВТО и требований соглашение ТРИПС.
This article is discussed the protection of intellectual property rights in the World Trade Organization, the methods used by WTO members and the requirements of the TRIPS agreement.
