Ishchilar xavfsizligi uchun qurilish obyektlarining eng muhim jihati ishchilarni qulay va shinam ish kiyimlari va shaxsiy himoya vositalari bilan ta'minlashdir, chunki qurilish maydonchalarida amalga oshirilayotgan turli xil ishlar odamlarga ta'sir qiladigan turli xil xavfli va zararli omillarni keltirib chiqaradi. Ma'lumki, yuqori balandlikdan tushish xavfi bo‘ lgan ko‘p qavatli binolarning qurilish maydonchalarida ishchilarni himoya qilish elementlari bilan ta'minlanishi kerak. Ayniqsa, yangi ko‘p qavatli binolarni qurishda ishchilarni himoyalash uchun turli xil xavfsizlik kamarlaridan foydalaniladi. Quruvchilar uchun balandlikdan tushish uchun mavjud xavfsizlik belbog‘lari o'rganilib, ularning kamchiliklari aniqlandi, ularga qo‘ yiladigan talablar tizimlashtirildi, ularni qurilish maydonchasida ishlatishda afzalliklari va kamchiliklari aniqlandi. Sanoat shikastlanishining ortib borayotgan darajasini, shuningdek shaxsiy himoya vositalarining etarli bo‘lmagan assortimenti va past sifatini hisobga olgan holda, ularning shaxsiy qulayligi, ishonchliligi va arzonligi bilan bir qatorda, yaxshilangan himoya xususiyatlariga ega bo‘lgan shaxsiy himoya vositalarini yaratish bo‘yicha bir qator ishlarni amalga oshirish kerak.
