Maqolada minorali va modul tipidagi quyosh issiqlik elektr stansiyalari, QIES ishlash prinsipi, geliostatlar, minorali quyosh issiqlik elektr stansiyasining prinsipial sxemasi shuningdek, Quyosh nurlarining oqimi va yer yuzasiga tushayotgan quyosh radiatsiyasining intensivligi keltirilgan. Zamonaviy texnologiyalar yordamida quyosh nurlarini yig‘ish usullari va minora tipidagi gelioenergetik qurilmalar elementlari hamda tasnifi keltirilgan. O‘zbekiston regionlari bo‘yicha quyosh nurlanishining ko‘rsatkichlari va QIESlarda ishlab chiqilgan elektr energiyasi tannarxining pasayishi tahlillari keltiriladi, bu esa o‘z o‘rnida yoqilg‘i-energetik resurslarining tejalishiga olib keladi.
