In the article described the short but meaningful life and activities of a Bukharian enlightenment Mirza Sirajiddin. In the libraries and manuscript funds of the Republic of Uzbekistan stored valuable works of little-known enlightenments who have made a worthy contribution to the development of the spiritual and cultural life of the region. One of the not completely researched sources is the work of Mirza Sirajiddin’s travel book «Tuhafi ahli Bukhara» («Gifts to the people of Bukhara»). In 1910, the author finished a manuscript written in Persian on European paper. The volume of the work is 193 pages; the size is 13×20 cm. In 1911, a lithograph of the book was published in the Kogan printing house in Bukhara. In 1952, Professor Muhammad Asadiyon found one of the lithographic copies of the book in the library of Princeton University (USA) and published it with an introduction and notes. Nowadays, the manuscripts of 200 poems that collected in two volumes by the author, as well as the work «Tuhafi ahli Bukhara» are kept in the fund of The Abu Rayhan Biruni Institute of Oriental Studies of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
