This article analyzes the causes of injuries and environmental degradation due to the accumulation of waste at industrial facilities with a high level of risk and explains the need to monitor occupational safety and improve the environment by purposeful recycling of waste in order to obtain anticorrosive materials from them. Quantitative and qualitative performance indicators at all levels are given. The article also explains the mathematical model of observations and evaluates its accuracy and adequacy in the context of decisionmaking conditions and data on the correlation between the number of detected security violations and the observer's experience.
