In this passage discusses a stealth scheme for transmitting optical code division multiple access (OCDMA) signal data over a common binary phase shift keying (BPSK) channel. The signal can be hidden under the bulk signal and system noise. The receiver uses a polarizer to remove the BPSK signal and uses a detector to recover the stealth signal. When the emission noise power is properly adjusted, it creates a stealth signal based on the common channel, while having very little effect on the BPSK surround signal. BPSK demodulation masks the stealth signal in the common channel demodulator so that the stealth signal does not affect the common channel and the two signals do not interfere with each other.
