The increase in the growth rate of mining and the introduction of high-performance dredging and loading and transport equipment have led to the development of new directions in the field of improving the means of delivery of rock mass. The peculiarity and constant complication of mining-geological and mining-technical conditions of open-pit mining operations has given specificity not only to the conditions and mode of operation of high-performance excavation, loading and transport equipment in quarries, but also led to the need for its information support during mining operations. The experience of large quarries shows that the formation of transport mechanisms and control of their parameters is possible only on the basis of taking into account the regularity of the development of the quarry space, mining conditions, as well as studies of the dependence of the energy intensity of road transport with various mining factors.
