This article presents the results of a study of the polyelectrolyte nature of the synthesized oligomers of the cationic type based on oligoisopropyloxy-monoamino -2,4,6-triamino-1,3,5-triazolyl-ammonium chloride and their polymers, the electrical conductivity of which is investigated, which give the result that when the solution is diluted the proportion of free counterions increases, which contributes to an increase in the equivalent electrical conductivity of the solution, and the viscosity of solutions of oligomeric cations on the concentration in an aqueous solution is described by a concave curve characteristic of polyelectrolytes and their flocculating ability has been studied, surpasses polyacrylamide in its flocculating ability, which is explained by its multifunctionality and high molecular weight.
