Today, the scale of dangerous hydrometeorological events is increasing year by year, especially the risk of floods is increasing. Flood prevention is one of the political priorities of our country. In international practice, timely implementation of flood prevention measures is one of the most effective ways to protect the population from emergency situations. It is important for our country and foreign countries to prepare the population to act properly during floods, to create training mechanisms for protecting oneself and loved ones. Currently, thanks to the development of technologies, people have the opportunity to quickly deliver urgent messages about natural disasters. The research conducted in many countries shows that the preliminary study of the possible events, the prediction, and the production of warning measures based on it, not only save the economic damage caused by unpleasant situations, but also improve the relationship between people to a reduction in injury rates
