Elektron ta’limda sun’iy intellekt (SI) tizimlari samarali yordam beradi, jumladan, o‘quvchilar uchun o‘qitishni shaxsiylashtirish, o‘qituvchilar uchun odatiy vazifalarni avtomatlashtirish va moslashuvchan baholashni ta'minlaydi. Biroq, sun’iy intellektning imkoniyatlari istiqbolli bo‘lsada, sun’iy intellekt tizimlarining talabalar va professor-o‘qituvchilar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro munosabatlardagi madaniyat, me’yorlar va umidlarga ta'siri tushunarsizligicha qolmoqda. Elektron ta’limda o‘quvchi va o‘qituvchining munosabati (xususan, muloqot, yordam va mavjudlik) o‘quvchilarning qoniqishi va ta’lim natijalariga chuqur ta’sir qiladi. Shu sababli, o‘quvchilar va o‘qituvchilar SI tizimlarining ularning o‘zaro ta’siriga ta’sirini qanday qabul qilishlarini aniqlash. SI tizimlarining mo‘ljallangan salohiyatiga erishishiga to‘sqinlik qilayotgan va bu o‘zaro ta’sirlar xavfsizligini xavf ostiga qo‘yuvc hi har qanday bo‘shliqlar, qiyinchiliklar yoki to‘siqlarni aniqlash uchun muhim ahamiyatga ega.
