A method for calculating the characteristic frequency is proposed, based on automatic interpolation of the frequency dependence of the reactance and subsequent calculation of the characteristic frequency as one of the roots of the interpolation function. The developed algorithm allows you to calculate the characteristic frequency from only 4 points of the frequency dependence of the reactance. In this case, the error in calculating the resonant frequency parameter does not exceed ~2 Hz. Obviously, the values of the coefficients of the equation depend on the number of resistance values X and the corresponding frequencies of the test signal. The indicated coefficients were selected based on 46 points of the frequency dependence of the reactance. In this regard, the standard selection error was only 0.0852 mOhm. Accordingly, the value of the resonant frequency FREZ = 173.643 Hz can be considered quite accurate. But not every battery analyzer allows you to obtain such a number of measurements in a short time and with minimal labor costs. For example, the analyzer of electrochemical power supplies AEA30V allows, in one measurement operation, to obtain the values of battery parameters corresponding to four frequencies of the test signal. It is key task to manufacturers to ensure the reliability of batteries as well as test the quality of batteries.
