MAQOLA ANNOTATSIYASI

quote
Vodorod energetikasi ekologik jihatdan toza va qayta tiklanuvchi energiya manbalaridan biri hisoblanadi. Bu sohada so‘nggi yillarda vodorodni hosil qilish va saqlash bo‘yicha ko‘plab eksperimental, nazariy va modellashtirish tadqiqotlari tez sur’atlar bilan olib borilmoqda. Ayniqsa, vodorodni kremniy oksidida adsorbsiya jarayoni bo‘yicha fundamental izlanishlar, aniqrog‘i modellashtirish tadqiqotlari hali o‘zining dastlabki bosqichlaridadir. Shundan kelib chiqib, ushbu tadqiqotda amorf kremniyning vodorod saqlash xususiyatlari molekulyar dinamika metodi yordamida kompyuterda modellashtirish orqali o‘rganildi. O‘rganish jarayonida defektli amorf kremniy strukturasini tanlashga e’tibor qaratildi. Olingan natijalar, amorf kremniydagi nuqsonlarning vodorod adsorbsiya jarayoniga ta’sir qilishi va natijada vodorod saqlash jarayoniga ham ta’sir etishini ko‘rsatdi. Ushbu tadqiqot nuqsonli kremniy oksidlarida vodorod saqlashning asosiy mexanizmlarini atom darajasida tushunishga yordam beradi.
