There were comparatively evaluated the clinical and hemodynamic parameters in physiological pregnancy and against the background of suffering a focal subacute myocarditis. Bulk parameters of the left ventricle were more in the group with myocarditis, which was accompanied by a reduction in myocardial contractility and increased mean pulmonary pressure. Blood inflammatory markers were significantly higher in the group with myocarditis. Distance traveled was significantly greater in the group of pregnant women with physiological pregnancy.
