Muammoning kelib chiqishi. Sement kompozitsiyalarini ekspluatatsion xarakteristikalarini rivojlantirishning asosiy yo`nalishlaridan biri ularning texnologikligini yaxshilash, mustaxkamligi va bardoshlilgini oshirish. Zamonaviy qurilish materiallari ishlab chiqarishda asosiy e`tibor bir vaqtning o`zida bir nechta texnologik vazifani bajara oladigan plastifikatsiyalovchi qo`shimchalar yaratishga qaratilgan. Ishning maqsadi. Olingan plastifikatsiyalovchi qo`shimchalarning differensial-termik tahlillarini tadqiq etish. Metodologiyasi. Termik tahlil Paulik – Paulik – Erdey tizimli derivatografda, 10 grad/min tezlikda, Т – 900, ТГ – 200, ДТА – 1/10, ДТГ – 1/20 galvanometr aniqligida va 0.114 – 0.173 g namuna massalarida amalga oshirildi. Tahlil atmosfera sharoitida amalga oshirildi. Idish sifatida diametri 10 mm bo`lgan qopqoqsiz korund tigel ishlatildi. Etalon sifatida Al2O3 ishlatildi. Ilmiy yangiligi. Olingan plastifikatsiyalovchi qo`shimchalarning differensial termik tahlilini tadqiq qilish davomida beton qorishmalariga termik ishlov berish temperatura oraliqlaridagi o`zgarishlar aniqlandi. Olingan natijalar. Superplastifikator SDj-1 differensial termik tahlil egri chiziqlarida quyidagi 4 ta endoeffekt kuzatildi: 403-423 К; 481-493 К; 546-559 К и 618-653 К va bular polimerning kimyoviy va fazaviy o`zgarishlarini ko`rsatadi. Birinchi uchta endoeffekt polimerdagi kuchsiz va kuchli bog`langan suv molekulalarini uchishini, suyuqlanish va parchalanishning boshlanishidan dalolat beradi. 546-559 К; 603- 618 К; 668-793 К; 833-893 К; 1023-1063 К и 1068-1113 К larda yuzaga kelgan ekzoeffektlar esa superplastifikator SDj-1 oksidlanishi va kristallanishini oshishi, choklanishlaridan dalolat beradi. Giperplastifikator differensial termik tahlil egri chiziqlarida quyidagi 2 ta endoeffekt kuzatildi: 313-363 К; 421-531 К va bular polimerdagi kuchsiz va kuchli bog`langan suv molekulalarini uchishini, suyuqlanish va parchalanishning boshlanishidan dalolat beradi. Qolgan ekzoeffektlar esa giperplastifikator oksidlanishi va kristallanishini oshishi, choklanishlaridan dalolat beradi. Xususiyatlar: -superplastifikatorlarning ta`sir qilish mexanizmi tadqiq qilingan; -super- va giperplastifikatorlarni DTAdagi fazaviy o`zgarishlari o`rganilgan.
