УЛЬТРАЗВУКОВАЯ СОСУДИСТАЯ МЕХАНИКА ДЛЯ ОЦЕНКИ АРТЕРИАЛЬНОЙ ЖЕСТКОСТИ

In recent years, role in the study of arterial stiffness in the development of cardiovascular diseases has significantly expanded. Local arterial stiffness can also be studied by ultrasound metod measuring of the time of pulse wave which refers to the change in the diameter of the vessel as a function of the changing intravascular pressure. Recently, on the basis of new ultrasonic methodologies such as tissue Doppler visualization has developed the method of the studying vascular mechanics (speckle tracking) by tracking the movement of the studied structures of the vessel walls. В данном обзоре We describe the fundamental concepts and principles of this technique associated with ultrasound evaluation of vascular mechanics in this review. We also provide relevant clinical studies and discuss the potential clinical application of this diagnostic method.
