ЭПИДЕМИОЛОГИЯ И ПАТОГЕНЕЗ СТРЕССОВОЙ ГИПЕРГЛИКЕМИИ ПРИ ОСТРОМ КОРОНАРНОМ СИНДРОМЕ

The review of the literature is devoted to the epidemiological and pathogenetic aspects of diabetes mellitus and acute coronary syndrome. The urgency of the problem is based on the relationship between DM and ACS. The presence of diabetes in patients with ACS is associated with a worse prognosis. Pathophysiological mechanisms that play an important role in the development of early and distant clinical outcomes in patients with type 2 of DM (hyperglycemia, insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia).
