СОЛЕЧУВСТВИТЕЛЬНОСТЬ – САМОСТОЯТЕЛЬНЫЙ ФАКТОР РИСКА СЕРДЕЧНО- СОСУДИСТЫХ ОСЛОЖНЕНИЙ

Aim: to determine the features of cardiovascular remodeling processes with account of the salt sensitivity in Uzbek hypertensive patients. Material and methods: the study included 108 patients of Uzbek nationality with AH of I–III degrees (ESC / ESH, 2013) aged from 30 to 70 years. The intracardiac haemodinamic parameters were studied by echocardiographic examination, a common carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) was measured by high-resolution ultrasound, an endothelial functionstudied by the reactive hyperemia method, the level of microalbuminuria (MAU) in daily urine and the level of blood lipids, sugar, creatininum and urinary acid was determined by enzymatic method. Salt sensitive AH was revealed by peroral load with salt, salt-sensitive threshold was estimated by R. Henkin’s method. Conclusion. Salt sensitivity is independent factor of cardio–Vascular complications risk. At that, the limitation of sodium intake is worthwhile with combine antihypertensive treatment in patients with AH. In order to identify a salt-sensitive hypertension for preventing the development of cardiovascular remodeling, it is advisable to conduct the most accessible, non–Invasive detection of the threshold of taste sensitivity to table salt according to the R. Henkin’s method.
