КОМПЛАЕНТНОСТЬ К ЛЕЧЕНИЮ ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ОСТРЫМ КОРОНАРНЫМ СИНДРОМОМ / ОСТРЫМ ИНФАРКТОМ МИОКАРДА НА ПОСТГОСПИТАЛЬНОМ ЭТАПЕ В ЗАВИСИМОСТИ ОТ ПОЛА И ВОЗРАСТА

Aim: to study the adherence of patients undergoing ACS / AMI, complex drug therapy and the quality of medical care during the post–Infarction period with 12 months of follow-up depending on gender and age. Methods and materials: epidemiologic characteristics of ACS and AMI were studied among residents living in one of the districts in Tashkent. (M. Ulugbek district) Registry included 683 patients with ACS/AMI, both male – 464(67.9 %) and female – 219(32.1 %). Overall mean age was 57.15 ± 9.08; men – 56,06 ± 9.55 and woman – 59.48 ± 7.51. Results: examined group consisted of 406 (59.4 %) hospitalized patients, where 262 (64.5 %) were men and 144 (35.5 %) women. Prognostic value of therapy estimated on 352 patients, since 54 of them (13.3 %) died during hospital stay. When estimated analyzed data showed that 305(86.6 %) patients were prescribed ASA and b-blockers 298(84.5 %), including 200 (88.9 %) and 186(82.7) in men and 105(82.7 %) and 111(87.4 %) respectively. Clopidogrel was prescribed to 153(43.2 %) patients. In men group clopidogrel is used 1.6 times more than in one of women (50,2 % and 30.7 %). During the first 6 – month period 26 patients were died and that`s why 326 (92.6 %) patients were examined after 6 month follow up. We concluded based on questioning during control visit patients after 6-month follow up, that it was low level of compliance among treated. During 12-month patient monitoring 27(9.0 %) patients died, that is why prognostic value of quality treatment estimated on 299 (84.9 %) patients. Afterwards during the questionnaire filling by patients we found that compliance rate increased relative to 6-month follow up.
