ИБС С ПОРАЖЕНИЕМ СТВОЛА ЛЕВОЙ КОРОНАРНОЙ АРТЕРИИ

The article is devoted to the literature reviewe and alalysis of left main coronary artery disease in patient with ischemic heart disease. According to the coronary angiography left main coronary artery disease are found in 4 – 8 % of patients with ischemic heart disease. The latest European recommendations, the choice of revascularization strategy for the LMCA disease requires discussion from the position of efficiency and safety by the team of cardiologists and cardiac surgeons «Heart Team». PCI is a minimally invasive method for the treatment of ischemic heart disease, but when choosing a CABG or PCI, an attentive approach to each patient is needed. Choose CABG, PCI or stay on optimal medication therapy – this issue should be solved by a multidisciplinary team and taking into account the experience of interventional cardiologists and cardiac surgeons
