СРАВНИТЕЛЬНАЯ ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ НАГРУЗОЧНЫХ ДОЗ ПРАСУГРЕЛЯ И КЛОПИДОГРЕЛЯ НА АГРЕГАЦИЮ ТРОМБОЦИТОВ КРОВИ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С КРИТИЧЕСКОЙ ИШЕМИЕЙ НИЖНИХ КОНЕЧНОСТЕЙ

Aim. To compare the effectiveness of loading doses of prasugrel and clopidogrel on platelet aggregation in patients with critical ischemia of the lower limbs. Material and methods. Patients with critical ischemia were prescribed prasugrel or clopidogrel in loading doses with the determination of platelet aggregation before and after taking medications. Results. After 4 hours post receiving loading doses of thienoperidines, faster and more pronounced suppression of aggregation was noted in the prasugrel group. Conclusion. Prasugrel in a loading dose leads to a rapid and pronounced inhibition of platelet aggregation.
