АУТОРОЗЕТКООБРАЗОВАНИЕ В АРТЕРИАЛЬНОЙ И КАПИЛЛЯРНОЙ КРОВИ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С КРИТИЧЕСКОЙ ИШЕМИЕЙ НИЖНИХ КОНЕЧНОСТЕЙ

Aim. To study the features of rosette-formation of arterial and capillary blood in patients with critical ischemia of the lower limbs. Material and methods. In patients with critical ischemia of the lower extremities, arterial and capillary blood sampling was performed to determine the number and composition of autorosettes. Results. After staining smears, the test groups revealed autorosettes consisting of neutrophils, monocytes and rosettes with erythrocyte lysis. The number of autorosettes formed by neutrophils and monocytes prevailed in the group of patients with critical ischemia, and in arterial blood they were registered more often, in comparison with the capillary one. The level of blood erythrocytes in patients with ischemia was lower than that in the healthy group. Conclusion. In patients with critical ischemia, the number of autorosettes in the arterial blood is determined significantly more often than in the capillary.
