Non-rational nutrition as a behavioral factor contributes to the development of secondary, biological alimentary-dependent risk factors. A survey was conducted on the characteristics of nutrition and alimentarydependent risk factors, as well as analysis of actual nutrition in 48 patients. The analysis of the daily diet showed that the nutrition of the majority of the investigated (92,8 ± 0,73 %) is not balanced in terms of the content of the main nutrients, as well as energy. The content of vegetable fats in the daily ration in 32,2 ± 2,2 %, a significant proportion of people consume products with high cholesterol (51,1 ± 0,8 %), not enough consuming phospholipids (59 ± 1,3 %), that testified to the atherogenic nature of the diet. The value of BMI was in a reliable direct correlation (r = +0.62, P < 0,01) of average strength with the total calorie content of the diet from the analysis of actual nutrition. In general, the disturbances in the structure of nutrition were of an obvious nature and contributed to the formation of cardiovascular risk.
