ЮРАК-ҚОН ТОМИР КАСАЛЛИКЛАРИГА ЧАЛИНГАН БЕМОРЛАРДА ПСИХОЛОГИК КОНСУЛЬТАЦИЯНИНГ ЎРНИ ВА АҲАМИЯТИ

Based on analytical survey and results of own research, authors indicate to requirement of obligatory psychological consulting of patients with cardiovascular diseases and negotiation of organizational, stuff, legal problems on that area. It is connected with fact, that heart vessel system evolutionary supports hemodynamic part as adaptive reaction of human organism to all challenges (overtiredness, stresses, diseases and etc.). Cardiovascular diseases – is physical and psychological stress to human body corresponding with physiological deviation in activity of heart vessel system, and also reactive variable direction psychological disorders. Negative influence of last to clinical flow and prognosis of cardiovascular to pathogenesis level is currently already proven. Authors recommend variable options of psychological consulting (expanded, short-term, screening-diagnosis) depending on real clinical situation. It should be emphasized, that any psychological consulting in cardiology in parallel should solve psycho-corrective tasks, aimed to motivate patients to struggle with disease, increase their adherence to treatment.
