CПОНТАННЫЙ ТРОМБОЛИЗИС У БОЛЬНЫХ С ОСТРЫМ КОРОНАРНЫМ СИНДРОМОМ С ПОДЬЕМОМ ST

Although reperfusion therapy (thrombolysis and acute angioplasty) have appeared, mortality from acute coronary syndrome is high at the present day. It is about 5–7% in developed countries. Spontaneous opening of the infarct-related artery is seen in 17–32% of cases in acute myocardial infarction with ST-segment elevation. Thus, it significantly improves the prognosis and decreases mortality in this group of patients. Pathogenesis, methods of diagnostics, contributories causes and further patient surveillance with spontaneous blood flow recovery in the infarct-related artery are studied in this abstract.
