СЛУЧАЙ УСПЕШНОЙ ИМПЛАНТАЦИИ КАРДИОВЕРТЕРА – ДЕФИБРИЛЛЯТОРА У БОЛЬНОЙ С ВЫСОКИМ РИСКОМ ВНЕЗАПНОЙ СЕРДЕЧНОЙ СМЕРТИ

This article describes the case of the successful implantation of an ICD in a patient with a high risk of sudden cardiac death. The patient repeatedly (14 times) had ventricular fibrillation which sudden occurs during sinus rhythm, this VF was successfully restored, using an external defibrillator. In 40% events of SCD occurs without witnesses or occurs during the sleep. 80% of SCD occurs at home, which is not possible to provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation within 6-8 minutes. The presented clinical case demonstrates the effectiveness of ICD in the immediate and in the long time period after the operation. It should be noted that on the forth month after the operation, a single “shock” of the ICD was noted in the event of ventricular fibrillation with a successful restored of the sinus rhythm. For all time after the operation the device recorded 6 more episodes of VT, which were stopped with the anti-tachycardia pacing (ATP).
