ИЗМЕНЕНИЕ ПРОДУКЦИИ ПРОВОСПАЛИТЕЛЬНЫХ ЦИТОКИНОВ ПРИ СТАБИЛЬНОМ И НЕСТАБИЛЬНОМ ТЕЧЕНИИ ИБС

Atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammatory disease of the wall of large and medium arteries, caused by dyslipidemia and regulated by an innate and adaptive immune response. The inflammatory process is central to all stages of the development of this disease. Cells involved in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis are activated by soluble factors called cytokines, which have a strong effect on the development of this disease. Studies of the role of various cytokines in atherosclerosis have shown that pro-inflammatory cytokines contribute to the progression of the disease, while anti-inflammatory cytokines exhibit anti-atherogenic properties. At present, the data of many studies convincingly demonstrate the important role of chronic inflammation in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis.
