СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ МЕТОДЫ ДИАГНОСТИКИ, ЛЕЧЕНИЯ И ВЫБОРА РЕЖИМОВ ЭЛЕКТРОСТИМУЛЯЦИИ У ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ЖИЗНЕУГРОЖАЮЩИМИ БРАДИАРИТМИЯМИ

In this part of this review are algorithms for the choice of optimal ES regimes taking account of the type of bradyarrhythmia. Particular attention is paid to modern technologies and up to date concepts electrotherapy of bradyarrhythmia with the use of two-chamber and frequency-adaptive systems .Current concepts of physiological ES of the heart are considered- stimulation of various parts of the right ventricle and cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT). The authors describe their own experience with the application of ES of the heart in department angiography of Republican Scientific center of emergency medicine.
