ЭРОЗИВНО-ЯЗВЕННЫЕ ПРОЦЕССЫ ЖЕЛУДКА И ДВЕНАДЦАТИПЕРСТНОЙ КИШКИ ПРИ ИШЕМИЧЕСКОЙ БОЛЕЗНИ СЕРДЦА

Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literature, topical issues of erosive and ulcerative processes of the stomach and duodenum are revealed, highlighting the characteristics of etiology, pathogenesis and treatment and prophylactic measures from the perspective of modern research. Special attention is focused on the etiological position of erosive and ulcerative processes in coronary heart disease (CHD) from the standpoint of treating pathology in patients with progressive angina, before preparing for re-endovascular intervention. The most pressing problems of modern esophagogastroduodenoscopy in this category of patients are highlighted by considering objectivity and strategy, the effectiveness of which is justified by the positionality of therapeutic measures
