СРАВНИТЕЛЬНЫЕ РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ ДВУХКАМЕРНОЙ ЭЛЕКТРОКАРДИОСТИМУЛЯЦИИ В АСПЕКТЕ ДИНАМИКИ СЕРДЕЧНОЙ НЕДОСТАТОЧНОСТИ У БОЛЬНЫХ ИШЕМИЧЕСКОЙ БОЛЕЗНЬЮ СЕРДЦА

«Academician V. Vakhidov`s Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Surgery» SI. Tashkent, Uzbekistan Conduct a summary analysis of the results of the near and remote period after dual chamber pacemaker implantation according to QRS complex duration and echocardiographic data. The study included 117 patients with cardiac dual chamber pacemakers operated in Academician V. Vakhidov`s RSSPMCS» SI in 2016–2018. Of the 117 patients – 52 were males (44,5 %), and 65 were females (55,5 %). The average age of all patients was 56,4 ± 17,6 years. The average follow-up was 13 ± 1,4 months (12 to 15 months). The analysis was performed in 2 groups: the 1st group – 56 patients (47,8 %): inteventricular septal pacing and the 2nd group – 61 (52,2 %): apical pacing or right ventricle. Before operation QRS complex was 80,9 ± 7,4ms in the 1st group and 81,8 ± 8,1 мс the 2nd group. In early postoperative period QRS complex was 115,4 ± 14,6 ms in the 1st group and 148,7 ± 11,4 ms the 2nd group. That shown electrical dyssinchronia in miocardium. After 12 months in patients with apical pacing left ventricle (LV) volume was larger than with septal pacing. End diastolic volume of LV in the 2nd group was higer in 17,2 % (150,6 ± 21,2 ml vs 124,6 ± 23,1 ml, р < 0,05). Ejection fraction of LV in the group with apical pacing was in 10,5 % less (50,8 ± 6,6 % vs 56,8 ± 6,4 %, р < 0,05).
