НОВЫЕ БИОХИМИЧЕСКИЕ МАРКЕРЫ В ДИАГНОСТИКЕ СЕРДЕЧНОЙ НЕДОСТАТОЧНОСТИ

Early diagnostics of heart failure (HF) is one of the urgent problems of modern cardiology. Clinical symptoms are nonspecific and often appear already at advanced stages of the disease. The currently used brain natriuretic peptides (BNUP) are the generally accepted standard for the diagnosis of heart failure. At the same time, the role of these markers in predicting of the course of heart failure and the effectiveness of the treatment remains unclear. Currently, the new fibrosis markers, such as galectin 3 and ST2, actively study in the world and the results of which are highlighted in this article.
