РЕМОДЕЛИРОВАНИЕ СЕРДЦА ПОСЛЕ МИОЭКТОМИИ У БОЛЬНЫХ С ОБСТРУКТИВНОЙ ГКМП.

Objective: To study the safety, clinical and hemodynamic efficacy, parameters of heart remodeling in patients with obstructive HCM after Morrow myoectomy Materials and methods: From June 2017 to October 2019 9 Morrow myectomy procedures were performed in patients with obstructive HCM. Patients were characterized by poor clinical status, signs of HF, episodes of syncope and a high risk of SCD, which was due to hypertrophy of the interventricular septum, a high gradient in LVOT. The anamnesis, clinical and functional parameters and echocardiography were evaluated. Results of the study: there was an improvement in the clinical condition, changes in echocardiography parameters after Morrow surgery. There was no hospital mortality. The MAS syndrome disappeared in all patients after surgery,. Conclusion. The implementation of advanced myoectomy technology is safe and effective in patients with obstructive HCM. Correction of concomitant cardiac pathology did not affect the course of the postoperative period. Long-term results indicate an improvement in the functional status of patients, the absence of recurrence of left ventricular exit tract obstruction, as well as a demonstration of positive changes in the processes of heart remodeling.
