КОГНИТИВНЫЕ НАРУШЕНИЯ ПРИ МЕРЦАТЕЛЬНОЙ АРИТМИИ НА ФОНЕ СЕРДЕЧНО-СОСУДИСТЫХ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЙ

Summary. 84 patients with coronary artery disease, including 20 patients without atrial fibrillation (MA) and 64 patients with MA, were examined using a set of neuropsychological tests aimed at assessing cognitive functions (MMSE, FAB, clock face drawing, memorization of 10 words). The latter were divided into subgroups with permanent (22 patients) and paroxysmal (42 patients) forms of MA. The results showed that CHD patients with MA time vivalda more pronounced cognitive impairment (KN), compared to IBS without breaking the rhythm. In this case, the paroxysmal variant of MA is associated with more pronounced KN than the permanent one. The authors conclude that cognitive impairment in IHD with MA requires great attention both in terms of diagnosis and treatment.
