СТЕНОЗ АОРТАЛЬНОГО КЛАПАНА: КЛИНИЧЕСКИЕ ХАРАКТЕРИCТИКИ И СОБСТВЕННЫЙ ОПЫТ ПО ОПЕРАЦИИ ТРАНСКАТЕТЕРНОЙ ИМПЛАНТАЦИИ

Purpose: Evaluation of the effectiveness of a new method of surgical correction of aortic stenosis in the conditions of the clinic RSSPMCC – own experience Material and methods: The results of 11 patients treated in the conditions of the RSSPMCC clinic who were diagnosed with critical aortic stenosis (AVCS) were presented. All patients underwent general clinical laboratory and functional studies. Aortic valve replacement was performed by transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI). Results: According to our study, elderly patients (74.55 years), women (63.6%), comorbidity with hypertension (90.9%), and COPD (54.6%) turned out to be characteristic features for AVCS patients. On the part of laboratory data, anemic and inflammatory syndromes with a tendency to hypocoagulation were characteristic, however, the revealed features do not exclude the influence of the age factor. Analysis of the parameters of intracardiac hemodynamics revealed a regular thickening of the free walls of the LV myocardium, while LVEF was 54.4%. Conclusion: The main limitation of this study is the small number of studied patient samples. Perhaps, with the accumulation of the number of observations and the expansion of clinical experience, the results will be improved and concretized.
