СТРУКТУРА ОСТРОГО ИНФАРКТА МИОКАРДА И ОСОБЕННОСТИ ОТДЕЛЬНЫХ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИК (ПО ДАННЫМ РЕГИСТРА)

Objective: To evaluate the occurrence of various forms of AMI (AMI with / without Q wave) and the main characteristics among patients treated in the clinic RSSPMCC according to the register. Material and methods: The material of the study was created and processed, in accordance with the developed protocol of the register, a database of personal data of patients hospitalized with a diagnosis of AMI for 1 calendar year (2018). Results: In men, AMI was noted at a younger age, and in women – mainly after 60 years. The ratio of men to women was ≈ 3 / 1. The presence of hypertension of varying degrees occurred in 89.9% of patients. The presence of obesity was observed in 37.5% of respondents. Type 2 diabetes was recorded in 24.8% of cases. AMI complicated by heart failure was observed in 86.5% of respondents. AMI in women more often affected the anterior, and in men – the posterior wall of the LV. Conclusion: The data presented is a new register, the results of which are still being analyzed.
