РЕГИОНАЛЬНЫЕ И ВОЗРАСТНО-ГЕНДЕРНЫЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ ОСТРОГО ИНФАРКТА МИОКАРДА И ЭФФЕКТИВНОСТЬ ТРОМБОЛИТИЧЕСКОЙ ТЕРАПИИ ПО ДАННЫМ РЕГИСТРА

In this article given analysis of some results for First National database of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in Republic of Uzbekistan. Set out necessity and relevancy given database, also set out variety of the AMI flow in Fergana Region. On the basis of analyzing 2809 patients database received number of reliable differences of gender, age and regional varieties, despite on same climate and social, lifestyle and demographic conditions of population in this region. Main differences found in vulnerability of female gender, general cohorts of elderly age and comorbidity of diabetes in the influence on the mortality rate. The unexpected fact was that relatively low effect from thrombolytic therapy in reduction of mortality rate from AMI, which requires more detailed case study analysis.
