Objective. Тo study the parameters of intracardiac hemodynamics with the identification of cardiac remodeling features in patients with PCMP. Materials and methods. The study selected 40 patients with a diagnosis of peripartal cardiomyopathy. An incomparable descriptive simple study of patients with PCMP (arithmetic mean (M) and standard deviation of the arithmetic mean (Ϭ) by ECHOCG parameters was performed. Results. Linear parameters of the heart, finite diastolic size (EDD) in the group amounted to 62.7±5.1 mm and varied from 54 to 70 mm. The average systolic size (ESD) in the group was 51.9±6.2 mm, the lowest size 42 mm, and the highest 65 mm. Volumetric parameters of the heart: EDV averaged 199.7±6.4 ml and ranged from 150 to 295 ml, and ESV 137.6±6.4 ml, with a minimum volume of 80 and a maximum of 180 ml. The ejection fraction in the group as a whole was 34.9±8.2 % and ranged from 22 to 42%. The sizes of the RV as a whole in the group amounted to 34.2±7.1 mm and in some patients reached 45-50 mm. Conclusions. In patients with PCMP, a decreased LVEF is observed, which in most cases is significantly ahead of LV dilatation and is characterized by an eccentric type of remodeling.
