ДЕТЕРМИНАНТНЫЙ АНАЛИЗ ПРИВЕРЖЕННОСТИ К ЛЕЧЕНИЮ И ВТОРИЧНОЙ ПРОФИЛАКТИКЕ БОЛЬНЫХ С ОСНОВНЫМИ СЕРДЕЧНО-СОСУДИСТЫМИ ЗАБОЛЕВАНИЯМИ В НЕКОТОРЫХ ЗАРУБЕЖНЫХ СТРАНАХ

The use of drugs and adherence to drug therapy for the secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease (CVD) in different countries is alarmingly low. According to a PURE prospective study, the use of antiplatelet agents, statins, and antihypertensive drugs was evaluated in 8,492 people in urban and rural areas with CVD from 21 countries. PURE researchers, comparing the amount of drugs consumed (from mono-to multicomponent therapy) found that different levels of secondary prevention are associated with welfare inequalities in society. A large number of randomized clinical trials are devoted to the multifaceted problems of the effectiveness and safety of drugs, their combinations, the economic feasibility of their use. Despite the presence of recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), Scientific Societies of Cardiology, Medical Societies on the main CVDs, the possibilities of the School for patients with CVD, the problems of the formation and subsequent preservation of individual commitment to the use of drugs remain one of the most significant in the medical community.
