The main goal of the study is to study the epidemiology, scientific and practical significance of acute myocardial infarction among the population of elderly and senile age. Modern research indicates the need for more scientifically grounded medical monitoring of the condition of not only men, but also elderly and senile women with an emphasis on early detection and correction of their main risk factors for cardiovascular diseases, as well as acute myocardial infarction.
