The subject of the study were 484 children with congenital obstructive uropathy at the age of 2 months to 17 years. The subject of the study was the clinical and morphological parallels between the histological picture of the kidney biopsy specimens, the resected pelvic-ureter and ureter-vesicle segments, and the results of X-ray and ultrasound examinations of the kidneys and urinary tract, depending on the level and severity of obstruction. A causal relationship was established between the initial intrauterine disruption of nephron and upper urinary tract formation with the extinction of renal function and the violation of urodynamics, with congenital obstructive uropathies.
