ARTICLE ANNOTATION

quote
The role of inflammatory factors in the formation, progression of ischemic heart disease (IHD) in the associated BSU and and atherosclerotic process as a whole has been studied in the article. The conducted studies showed that in patients with IHD (stable and unstable angina) associated BSU 31 Journal of biomedicine and practice 1 (2018) there was an increase in the level of IL-6 in serum. As a result, a slight increase in the concentration of TNF-α and IL-6 serum in a group with a moderately elevated level of OXC was revealed. The results of correlation dependence and serum IL-6 show that in the control group, the TNF-α index is positively correlated with serum IL-6 (r = 0.29, P <0.05), while the level of IL-6 in the general group of patients with IHD associated asymptomatic GU was in more pronounced positive correlation with serum TNF-α (r = 0,37; P <0,02). The above important data on the participation of cytokines in the pathogenesis of immune disorders in coronary artery disease associated with asymptomatic GU will allow recommending a new approach in the future, both to diagnosis and to pathogenetically substantiated treatment of the disease, which hinders the development and progression of atherosclerotic process and endothelial dysfunction.
