This article presents the results of an assessment of the age-gender structure of Parkinson’s disease (PD) and the level of disability in PD. It should be noted Parkinson’s disease refers to multifactorial diseases, which are the most numerous and diverse group of diseases, and constitute at least 90% of all human somato-pathology in the Tashkent region according to the General Health Administration of the Tashkent region. The study was conducted among 528 patients with Parkinson’s disease. Conducted sanitary, clinical and neurological studies. It was revealed that BP has certain gender differences, which is manifested in an earlier debut, the prevalence of mixed form (43.5%) in men, while in the group of women with PD, patients with akinetic-rigid form prevailed (48.4%). A high proportion of patients with varying degrees of disability has been identified, and the prevalence among them is patients with mixed and trembling forms of the disease..
