The article focuses on improving the technology of soybean seed processing for feed purposes. The study evaluated antinutritional factor activity (urease and trypsin inhibitors), protein digestibility, and overall processing efficiency. Combined thermal and mechanical treatments were applied, followed by a comparative analysis before and after processing. The results showed a decrease in urease activity from 2.1–2.6 ΔpH to 1.3–1.5 ΔpH and a reduction in trypsin inhibitors from 21.9–24.8 to 14.7–15.8 mg/g. Protein digestibility increased from 70–74 % to 83–89 %, while the processing efficiency index ranged from 74 to 84 points, confirming the effectiveness of the proposed technology.
