This research paper addresses the development of an intelligent and automated smart irrigation system for agricultural fields based on the Internet of Things (IoT) and sensor networks. Under conditions of global water scarcity, algorithms for dynamically assessing the real hydrological state of the soil and optimizing irrigation rates based on climatic variables have been developed. Based on experiments conducted in an intensive fruit orchard in the Namangan region, water resource savings and crop yield enhancement indicators compared to traditional irrigation methods were scientifically analyzed
