Pedagogical requirements for developing students' performance skills based on the dutor in music clubs

In school education, all processes related to music education are of great importance in raising students to become morally mature people. It is important to conduct extracurricular music classes at school based on pedagogical requirements, to promote the educational aspects of musical art and the ideas presented in them, and the importance of personal development through the development of performance skills in students in the course of club activities. In this sense, this article presents the pedagogical requirements for the development of students' performance skills based on the dutor instrument in music clubs: the purpose and essence of the club is highlighted, students are educated in the spirit of national music, have a broad outlook, and have artistic tastes. Pedagogical skills of the teacher in training, choosing repertoire according to the performance of the students, conducting the class in a meaningful way are widely covered.
