The introduction of innovative products in the practice of commercial banks is one of the prerequisites for ensuring their competitiveness. Therefore, the Strategy for Action in the five priority areas of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017–2021 sets the task of ensuring the transfer of domestic banks to the innovative development path. The article identifies the problems associated with the introduction of innovative products in the practice of commercial banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan and developed scientific proposals aimed at solving these problems.
