ПРОГНОСТИЧЕСКАЯ ЗНАЧИМОСТЬ АНЕМИИ В ТЯЖЕЛЫХ ГРУППАХ БОЛЬНЫХ С ПОРАЖЕНИЕМ СТВОЛА ЛКА И/ИЛИ МНОГОСОСУДИСТЫМ ПОРАЖЕНИЕМ КОРОНАРНОГО РУСЛА

Aim: to study the prognostic significance of anemia in patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and on the background of various treatment options. Materials and methods. The study included 80 patients who were admitted to RSCC in 2016–17 years, with a lesions of the left main coronary artery, in combination with the defeat another one coronary artery, according coronary angiography. Results: patients with ACS in the defeat of a trunk of the coronary artery on the background of anemia was significantly more common than in the group of patients without anemia in anamnesis took place hypertension, kidney disease, diabetes mellitus, myocardial infarction, stroke. Clinic of ACS in patients with anemia has a more severe course with high frequency exertional angina III – IV-th functional class heart failure high gradations, heart rhythm disorders during the 6-month observation period, i.e., the presence of anemia in ACS was associated with unfavorable 3–and 6-month forecast. Anemia should be recognized as an independent risk factor for the development and progression of coronary artery disease and, accordingly, it should be actively identified and treated in the early stages of any clinical variants of coronary artery disease.
