СОВРЕМЕННЫЙ ВЗГЛЯД НА ПРОБЛЕМУ И АСПЕКТЫ ЛЕЧЕНИЯ ХРОНИЧЕСКОЙ СЕРДЕЧНОЙ НЕДОСТАТОЧНОСТИ НА ФОНЕ АРТЕРИАЛЬНОЙ ГИПЕРТОНИИ

Heart failure is a clinical syndrome that requires measurement of both systolic and diastolic functions.When heart failure is accompanied by a predominant or isolated of abnormality in diastolic function, this clincal syndrome is called the diastolic heart failure (DHF). DHF is a clinical syndrome characterised by the symptoms and signs of heart failure, a preserved ejection fraction and abnormal diastolic function. The diagnosis of the diastolic heart failure cannot be made on the base of the history and physical examination. Diagnosis is based on measurements of diastolic function. It is important to note, that hypertension is the most common underlying cause of diastolic dysfunction, therefore management of hypertension is essential in the prevention and management of diastolic heart failure. There are differences in pathogenesis, prognoses and treatment of systolic heart failure (SHF) and DHF. That’s why recognise the difference between DHF and SHF and also modify approach to treatment of both conditions is indicated.
